Privacy

1. Definition. SkyCues view the User’s Personally Identifying Information to be the User’s name, company name, email and any other identifying information. Furthermore, payment details, the details of the images submitted to process and the images themselves are all also considered to be private to the User.
2. Data Protection. All User data is stored in Google Computing Cloud’s Data Storage, are encrypted at all times (at rest) and are only accessible through a secure communication channel (in transit). See https://cloud.google.com/storage/docs/gsutil/addlhelp/SecurityandPrivacyConsiderations
3. Data Access. All data is only accessible through uniquely identified links, equivalent to access credentials or keys.
4. Processing Facility. All processing resources are protected in the Google Computing Cloud, with the only exception being the tasking and job management facilities available through skycues.com
5. Compliance. SkyCues conform with GDPR, CCPA and other applicable laws and regulations. The rights to receive a copy of personal data, the right to be forgotten, breach and fraud information and queries, and any other privacy and relation questions can be addressed to the Security Officer listed below.

7. Amendments. SkyCues is entitled to amend this Privacy document at any time.
